I wouldn’t have conceived NATURALLY twice if I had accepted my infertility doctor’s verdict.

Let me introduce myself.

My name is Simona Dumitru and I am the proud mother of two beautiful children; my son is 4 years old and my baby girl is 2 years old. I struggled with infertility for 3,5 years, before I got pregnant with Eric.

I followed the standard path most women in my situation do: endless doctor visits, hundreds of tests, a firm infertility diagnosis and a strong IVF ICSI recommendation due to male factor infertility.

I was extremely resistant to IVF, in the beginning. I went home and read all the resources related to successful natural pregnancies, with a diagnosis like ours.

And while there were a few cases, the statistics were not very encouraging. I was not prepared to go ahead with the IVF procedure, but the chances for us to get pregnant naturally were very low. 

I turned to God for direction.

At the time, I was working as a Corporate Approval Manager in a bank. But beyond my career, I had always been deeply drawn to psychology, neuroscience and spirituality.

I was guided towards manifestation. I became obsessed with learning everything I could about it. 

I had always believed that God was above any diagnosis, yet there were still aspects I couldn’t fully comprehend.  

One of the most significant challenges I faced was that, although I understood this truth intellectually, 

I struggled to genuinely connect with that infinite divine power.

However, the moment I decided to sit down and do the inner work, things began to shift so fast.

I realised that the physical challenges weren’t the true obstacle to pregnancy (male factor infertility). I was carrying subconscious blocks that were showing up as fears and limiting beliefs, preventing me from conceiving. Even though I desperately wanted to be a mother and was doing everything I could, deep down, I was blocking the process.

The “physical challenges”, my husband’s infertility, was just mirroring my inner world, my fears, my worries and the doubts I was carrying inside. 

I had spent countless hours tracking ovulation, obsessing over timing, and trying to control every detail of my fertility journey,While ignoring the one thing that could have changed everything: looking within. Once I had the courage to do the work and release my inner blocks,

I got pregnant NATURALLY a couple months later. Despite my husband’s “infertility”. And then, two years later, I conceived NATURALLY again.

This journey wasn’t about my body. Or his body.  Or any so-called  “physical problem.” It had everything to do with my willingness to face what was holding me back on a deeper level.

Once I did that, BOOM,

It happened so fast.

And it was so much easier than the exhausting monthly cycle of disappointment, staring at another negative test, convincing myself I had tested too early, clinging to hope,

Only to be let down again.

The choices you make today shape your reality tomorrow.

Good enough to conceive and have a healthy baby right now,
Worthy enough to carry and birth a healthy child right now,
Doing enough to welcome your baby into the world…
