All decisions remain your sole responsibility.

5. PAYMENT & PRICING

Payments may be made online via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, and other secure third-party

payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal.

Invoices will be issued in accordance with Romanian fiscal law. Prices do not include VAT unless

otherwise stated and are those displayed on the individual sales pages. Discount codes,

promotional offers, or coupons may be applied where available and valid.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Provider Obligations

Soul Matters SRL undertakes to:

• Send an order confirmation once payment is received

• Provide access to purchased digital content as described on the sales page

• Grant access to course platforms or materials within a reasonable timeframe

• Deliver coaching services (where applicable) according to the purchased

description

• Provide services with reasonable care and professionalism

Client Obligations

The Client undertakes to:

• Pay the agreed price in full and on time

• Respect communication rules in any group or support space

• Refrain from sharing, copying, distributing, or reselling any materials

• Use all content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSE ACCESS

Courses, programs, meditations, and digital materials are considered digital content.

Once access is granted:

• The service is deemed delivered

• No refunds are offered, except where mandatory under applicable law

8. ONE-TO-ONE SERVICES

One-to-one services involve reserved time and availability.

All payments for one-to-one services are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Scheduling flexibility may be offered at the Provider’s discretion. Unused sessions do not entitle the Client to refunds.

9. REFUNDS & DISCRETIONARY EXCEPTIONS

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a sales page:

• All sales are final

• Refunds are not guaranteed

Any refund issued by the Provider is made at her sole discretion, is limited to the amount paid by the Client, and—if granted—constitutes full and final settlement of any and all claims related to the purchased Offering.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website and within the Offerings—including text, videos, audio, graphics, course materials, branding, and layouts—is the exclusive property of Soul Matters SRL or properly licensed parties.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• Reproduce or distribute materials

• Share access with third parties

• Modify or resell content

• Claim ownership of any materials

Violations may result in legal action.

11. USER CONTRIBUTIONS & CONFIDENTIALITY

Chargebacks

The Client agrees to contact the Company first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Offering. This does not affect the Client’s statutory rights under applicable law.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Romania.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement

between you and Soul Matters SRL.
